Job summary

ZimVie is seeking a Territory Sales Manager in Houston, TX to own and grow a defined dental territory. You will build relationships with dental professionals and labs, identify customer needs, and tailor solutions from ZimVie’s implant, restorative, digital, and biomaterial lines.

This field-based role suits high-energy, consultative sales professionals who thrive on meeting and exceeding goals. Expect up to 95% travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3+ years of proven sales success, ideally with overachievement.
• B2B or healthcare sales experience preferred (not required).
• Formal sales training (PSS, Challenger, etc.) is a plus.
• A high level of initiative, professionalism, and customer-first mindset.
• Will consider commensurate education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive strong sales growth by acquiring new customers and expanding business with existing accounts
• Educate clinicians and dental teams on ZimVie products and their proper use
• Build trusted relationships with clinicians, labs, and office personnel
• Create and execute a strategic territory business plan
• Coordinate and lead local programs, events, and trainings to drive demand and build brand loyalty
• Use tools such as Salesforce CRM to manage your territory and maximize opportunities
• Represent ZimVie at regional and national trade shows and education events
• Follow all company policies, compliance regulations, and safety standards
