Job Purpose and Summary
This position is responsible for driving sales and provides support for Hirsch Solutions Inc.'s apparel decorating equipment, with a primary focus on Tajima embroidery machines. This role involves managing existing accounts, acquiring new customers, and conducting product demonstrations within an exclusive regional territory. Experience with embroidery is a must.
Key Responsibilities
·Sell and support apparel decorating equipment, particularly Tajima embroidery machines.
·Manage and grow a defined sales territory.
·Conduct hands-on product demonstrations for clients.
·Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
·Prospect for new business opportunities.
·Attend and represent the company at domestic tradeshows.
·Meet and exceed established sales targets.
·Submit weekly sales and travel reports.
Required Qualifications
·Minimum of 2 years of proven outside sales experience.
·Experience with embroidery.
·Strong sales, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
·Excellent organizational skills.
·Experience in sales negotiations and closing deals.
·Ability to manage and expand client relationships.
·Proficient in conducting product demonstrations.
·Self-motivated and confident in achieving sales goals.
·Salesforce proficiency and CRM compliance required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the apparel decorating or embroidery equipment industry.
Prior experience with embroidery machines
