A leading supplier in woodworking is seeking an Outside Sales Territory Manager to cover Southern Louisiana and Mississippi. Candidates should have outside sales experience in related industries, and the role involves significant travel. Outside Sales Territory Manager – Würth Wood Group. Territory covers from Southern Louisiana into Mississippi, including major markets such as New Orleans, Northshore, Baton Rouge, Lafayette, Bayou region, Lake Charles, Jackson (MS), and Coastal MS. Office location: 19230 Hipark Blvd, Hammond, LA 70403.
The customer base is mainly cabinet makers and countertop fabricators, with a substantial share in the commercial millwork sector (hospitals, universities, banks, government buildings, marine, etc.) and residential cabinet makers working with contractors on new builds and renovations.
Base pay: $45,000.00/yr – $55,000.00/yr + commission (2% to 3% of gross margin for the territory) + monthly automotive allowance ($1,000/month taxable income) + access to spiffs and other incentives. Total first-year potential is typically $65,000–$100,000+ pretax, depending on performance and market factors. The automotive allowance is in lieu of a gas card or company car. Add $12,000 to the year-end gross pretax income estimate when calculating potential earnings.
