Philip Morris International (PMI) is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to oversee Swedish Match North America products in the Beaumont, TX territory. You will drive distribution, promotions, and retail execution to grow our brands such as ZYN.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong written and verbal communication, analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into effective sales plans. Hybrid work model and competitive compensation offered.

To support continued growth and innovation, we are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to oversee sales and operational activities within the Beaumont,TX territory.

Your Day- To- Day

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for selling and servicing Swedish Match products in assigned retail accounts, including:

• Securing new item distribution
• Executing promotions and merchandising programs
• Maintaining product freshness and inventory standards
• Leveraging data to develop fact- based customer presentations
• Following established sales call processes
• Managing administrative responsibilities, including expense reporting and point- of- sale materials

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience required
• Experience in non- durable consumer goods sales preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven problem- solving and critical- thinking abilities
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop sales plans
• Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills

Compensation

Annual Base Salary: $60,000 - $80,000
