Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to oversee sales and operations in the Beaumont, TX territory. You will sell and service Swedish Match products in assigned retail accounts, secure new item distribution, and execute promotions.

You will leverage data to develop fact-based customer presentations, follow sales call processes, and manage admin duties. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and U.S. work authorization are required.

To support continued growth and innovation, we are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to oversee sales and operational activities within the Beaumont,TX territory.

Your Day- To- Day

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for selling and servicing Swedish Match products in assigned retail accounts, including:

• Securing new item distribution
• Executing promotions and merchandising programs
• Maintaining product freshness and inventory standards
• Leveraging data to develop fact- based customer presentations
• Following established sales call processes
• Managing administrative responsibilities, including expense reporting and point- of- sale materials

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience required
• Experience in non- durable consumer goods sales preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven problem- solving and critical- thinking abilities
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop sales plans

Compensation

Annual Base Salary: $60,000 - $80,000
