Territory Sales Lead

OSL is growing rapidly, that’s why we need a hands-on, lead from the front, Territory Sales Leads to sell, and support client relationships.

Here’s where you come in…,

You’re a Territory Sales Lead who is our go-to point-person at the store level to assist with driving success. You’ll be personally responsible for the sales in approx. 4 Walmart Wireless Locations. Your mission: surpass personal sales goals, while creating flawless customer experience. Salary starts at $18-$19/hour plus uncapped commission, bonus, mileage, benefits, and more! Earn $26/hour just hitting minimum expecations!

You’ll do this by…

· Achieving sales goals in all locations.

· Being a personal time management wizard, running your locations efficiently, and maximizing profitability

· Mastering our sales process and exceeding sales KPIs.

· Maintain a collaborative spirit and passion for sales.

· Rolling up your sleeves and selling by example, alone or side by side.

· Inspiring the team with your presence, work ethic, and sales ability.

· Keeping up to date with product knowledge to help you deliver the right solutions.

Good thing you have what it takes…

· 2-3 years of retail or outside sales experience ex. Door-to-door, solar & kiosk.

· A proven ability to sell, offer great customer service and maintain personal accountability.

· Strong communication and presentation skills

· Ability to work evenings and weekends.

· Your own vehicle and the ability to travel often to work in your stores during operational hours.
