Job summary
OSL Retail Services, a dynamic outsourced sales partner for North America's Fortune 500 leaders, seeks Area/Territory Sales Leads to champion sales at the store level across approximately 4 Walmart Wireless locations in Florida.
You'll drive sales, manage time across locations, stay current on products, and collaborate with store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences while pursuing aggressive KPIs. Evening/weekend availability and a personal vehicle are required.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of retail or outside sales experience.
- Proven track record of sales and customer service.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Personal vehicle and ability to travel to store locations during hours of operation.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales across multiple locations and exceed goals.
- Time management across four Walmart Wireless locations to maximize profitability.
- Master our sales process and sales KPIs to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with store teams and maintain a team-oriented approach.
- Connect with customers and teammates to deliver exceptional experiences.
- Stay current with product knowledge to recommend effective solutions.
