Executes sales plans and strategy in line with SBU and sustainability strategy to maintain and develop existing and acquire new customers
Develops and executes action plan for each customer based on customer roadmap to enhance loyalty and long‑term partnership
Delivers sales and distribution targets (KP OSG and PC % / GP %) in territory / at defined account
Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers, develops customer centric initiatives & implements their feedback
Communicates with KAM / Sales team on specific customers tasks and priorities & monitors customer activities, pricing positioning
Coordinates with technical customer service to conduct line trials, (re)solves customer requests and complaints
Executes pricing and promotional actions
Manages and/ or steers distributor salesforce / 3rd Party Representation
Negotiates customer agreements; carries out admin tasks related to reporting and contract mgmt
Leverage CRM tools, data analytics, and automation to enhance sales performance
Bachelors degree required, preferably a technical degree.
Live within geographic core of territory (Minneapolis/St. Paul).
Must be a self–starter and able to work independently.
Must have strong interpersonal skills.
Must have strong organization skills.
Must be competent with Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Must feel comfortable presenting to groups of people.
Previous industrial sales experience preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and natural curiosity of manufacturing processes..

The salary range for this role is $80,000.00 and $90,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
