Job summary

Wells Enterprises, Inc. in Arlington is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to service and sell to retail accounts within our assigned territory and build strong customer relationships that drive sales.

This role includes a company car and full benefits. You will act as brand ambassador, ensure shelving and planogram compliance, drive incremental displays, manage time for store calls, and complete required reports and expense submissions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of selling experience.
• Must maintain current and valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong time management and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Serve as brand ambassador and face of Wells to customers and consumers; provide best-in-class service and build store relationships.
• Maintain distribution on existing SKUs and ensure new items follow planograms; perform merchandising tasks and POS placement.
• Proactively secure displays and pre-sell items for upcoming promotions.
• Manage time and territory for store calls; meet assigned visit frequency.
• Complete accurate reporting, expense, and audit entries as required.
