The primary responsibility of the Territory Sales Lead is to supervise and develop assigned associates to drive sales and meet retailer and client expectations. This includes project completion, stocking and maintaining assigned areas, and facilitating store communication. Effectively selling and educating customers and store personnel about product lines and other projects is also essential. The Territory Sales Lead reports directly to the Market Sales Manager.
