The primary responsibility of the Territory Sales Lead is to supervise and develop assigned associates to drive sales and meet retailer and client expectations. They are also responsible for project completion, stocking, maintaining assigned areas, and store communication. This role involves effectively selling and educating customers and store personnel about product lines and other projects. The Territory Sales Lead reports directly to the Market Sales Manager.

What would you do in this role?

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
  • Train, supervise, and develop skills of Sales Merchandisers, fellow Territory Sales Leads, and seasonal associates.
  • Educate customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of our client’s brands and product lines.
  • Maintain accuracy and high quality of work in all areas of the store to meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Have detailed knowledge of all company policies.
  • Communicate successes or potential barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
  • Use all functions of handheld devices consistently and effectively.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information.

Requirements and Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

  • Lifting objects and products up to 50 lbs., with frequent lifting/carrying of objects up to 35 lbs., and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
  • Work may involve sitting, standing, or walking.
  • Performing fine manipulation, bending, twisting, squatting, climbing, and upper and lower body mobility.
  • Experience with electronics/technical products.
  • Independent and self-motivated work ethic.
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, and weekends.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver’s license required for travel.
  • Maintain automobile liability insurance.
  • Access to a computer, internet, email, and printing capabilities.
  • Customer service or sales experience required.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Rate of Pay: $19.00/hour
