2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Retail Engagement Specialist for Tampa, FL to build merchant relationships, boost program visibility, and support growth across the assigned territory.

You will travel daily to 22–30 stores, educate merchants on client services, manage branding materials, and document activities using a mobile reporting system. The role requires a high school diploma, 6 months of field/sales experience, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
• Reliable transportation within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout assigned territory visiting 22–30 retail locations per day.
• Engage with merchants in a professional, relationship-focused manner.
• Educate merchants on client financial services and program benefits.
• Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns.
• Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and in-store branding.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools.
• Manage a mix of in-store engagement, driving, and admin follow-up.
• Work independently in the field while coordinating with leadership.
