Job summary

Hiossen Implant is seeking a Territory Representative to grow dental implant sales in the South Boston, MA region. You will visit dental offices, promote products, and build relationships with current partners while expanding the customer base.

After completing our product and territory management training, you will visit assigned customers regularly to promote products and collect feedback on our services.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of successful outside sales experience.
• Experience in dental implant or medical devices is preferred.
• Ability to manage a territory of similar size and scope.
• Sales training courses are preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to travel within your assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate new sales prospects and expand opportunities to achieve sales growth for Hiossen products.
• Conduct calls and activities to achieve sales quotas for assigned accounts and territory.
• Develop sales activity plans to optimize performance and achieve targets.
• Visit at least 6 different dental offices daily.
• Recruit and schedule dentists and other dental professionals for seminars.
• Ensure collection of outstanding accounts receivable in coordination with other departments.
• Complete product training and demonstrate product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Participate in weekends courses, trade shows, and other sales events as required.

JOB SUMMARY

As a Territory Representative, you will be supporting the development of business activities in a defined territory. You will be exploring sales growth opportunities and sales development to our current partners as well as cultivating new relationships. In this position, after successfully completing our 2-week product & territory management training and level-assessment program, you will visit assigned customers on a regular basis to promote products, relate new product information, and receive feedback on our company’s products and services.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cultivate new sales prospects and expands customer opportunities to achieve sales growth of Hiossen products.
• Conduct calls and other activities aimed at achieving sales quota and goals for the assigned accounts and territory.
• Develop sales activity plans to optimize sales activities and achieve target sales performance.
• Visit at least 6 different dental offices daily
• Regularly recruit and schedule dentists and other dental professionals to attend Hiossen seminars.
• Ensure collection of outstanding Accounts Receivables from customers in conjunction with other departments.
• Attend and satisfactorily complete Hiossen product training programs, attaining the ability to demonstrate required product and technical knowledge, knowledge of Hiossen sales procedures and sales techniques.
• Attend and actively participate in weekend AIC courses, trade shows, dental exhibitions, and other sales-related events and activities as required; weekend availability is an expectation of this role

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must have at least (3) years of successful experience as a outside sales representative in direct or B2B sales.
• Prior experience in the dental implant or medical devices field is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a territory of similar size and scope.
• Completion of formalized sales training course(s) preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must have the ability to travel within your assigned territory.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Prolonged periods of sitting, walking, and standing at customer’s office and other meeting locations
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
• Must be able to drive
