If you're seeking an exciting opportunity with a dynamic company, look no further! Join the Burlington Stores Talent Acquisition team as a Territory Recruiter specializing in store leadership roles. As a Territory Recruiter , you will collaborate closely with Burlington leadership, human resources, and hiring managers to effectively source, screen, interview, and onboard top-tier candidates for key leadership positions. This role serves as an ambassador of the Burlington brand, helping to share what makes Burlington a great place to work across numerous markets and professional communities. Creativity, strategic long-term vision, exceptional communication and organizational skills are imperative to excelling as a member of the Talent Acquisition team. You’ll approach your work with Our Burlington philosophy in mind, leading by example in modeling our company culture and values.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing: Utilize diverse channels such as in-person networking, digital platforms, and social media, with a particular focus on leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Pipelining: Proactively identify and engage passive and diverse talent through innovative methods, maintaining regular communication to keep talent engaged.
  • Placing/Hiring/Closing: Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, including maintaining postings within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), extending and negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth transition for candidates into their new roles.
  • Understanding the Business: Develop a deep understanding of business units, collaborating with leaders and professionals to enhance screening and selection processes. Participate actively in talent management and succession planning initiatives.
  • Consultative Approach: Offer strategic guidance on recruiting strategies, leveraging your expertise to drive hiring success.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships diverse professional organizations to attract alumni and diversity candidates, contributing to a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 4-7 years’ experience as a full life cycle recruiter, preferably within the retail sector, with exposure to a variety of skill sets.
  • ATS Knowledge: Working knowledge of applicant tracking solutions (ATS), such as iCIMs or similar platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Professionalism: Demonstrated professionalism and strong business acumen, with the ability to understand the broader impact of recruiting on business success.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, going beyond tactical recruitment activities to contribute to the overall health and success of the organization.
  • Travel to stores within the Territory required on a quarterly basis; overnight travel may be needed.
