Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist II to service Marlborough, MA territories, with schedule Monday to Friday 6:00 AM–7:00 PM and weekend rotation. You will perform venipuncture and capillary draws, verify patient IDs, and maintain a high standard of accuracy and patient care.

Travel up to 75% within territory; requires phlebotomy certification in specified states and two years of experience. English proficiency, strong communication, and ability to work independently are important.

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• English required.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections (venipuncture/capillary draws) with minimal error.
• Identify patients and confirm labeling accuracy; enter data as needed.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing per test order.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming collection environment and handle multiple priorities.
