Job summary

Responsibilities

• Solicits territorial parts sales business through personal contact and telephone contact.
• Proactively advise customer on questions about products, prices, availability and product features.
• Locate, obtain and/or order part(s) for each sale.
• Services customer accounts and investigates problems, quotes prices and delivery.
• Assist Parts Manager in establishing pricing to maximize gross profit.
• Keep current on new products and product updates.
