Job summary

Behr Paint Company in Colorado is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to manage Behr-related business across Home Depot stores in the area. You will visit stores daily to sell, build relationships, merchandise, place orders, and resolve issues to ensure Behr products are presented effectively.

Hours vary with peak selling times, including weekends and evenings. You should be organized, approachable, and comfortable speaking to groups when training associates and customers.

Qualifications

• Must have strong sales instincts and the ability to create value for customers.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with store managers, associates, contractors and customers.
• Willingness to train others and present in-store demonstrations when needed.
• Maintain vibrant, stocked merchandising displays and accurate inventory.
• Occasional lifting up to 75 lbs and physical merchandising tasks.

Responsibilities

• Sell Behr products and drive gallons sold across Home Depot stores.
• Develop and sustain relationships with store personnel and customers.
• Train Home Depot staff and public on Behr product lines and finishes.
• Merchandise, stock colorants, brochures and displays.
• Order materials and monitor inventory levels in stores.
