Job summary

Behr Paint Company is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to cover five or more Home Depot stores in your area. You will visit stores daily, be the face of Behr, sell products, build relationships, and handle merchandising, ordering, and problem solving to help customers complete their projects.

Your hours vary with peak selling times, including weekends and evenings. You will train store staff and customers, lead demonstrations, and maintain vibrant displays.

Qualifications

• Strong sales ability with a proactive approach.
• Ability to build relationships with store managers, associates, contractors, and customers.
• Comfortable speaking to groups and leading in-store demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Visit Home Depot stores daily to represent Behr and drive sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with store staff and customers to promote Behr products.
• Train store associates and customers on Behr product lines and conduct demonstrations as needed.
• Maintain attractive, fully stocked displays and manage related merchandising tasks.
• Monitor inventory and place orders for colorants, samples and brochures.
