Territory Operations Manager NI
Your main responsibilities
  • Manage operational activities related to installation of new products and collaborate with the Sales team on opportunities outside our portfolio within an assigned geographic area.
  • Develop and implement a business plan supporting financial and operational objectives for the territory.
  • Manage budget, expenditures, and asset management for cost-effective results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Field Superintendents and Project Coordinators, including hiring and onboarding.
  • Foster a participative management environment, maintain high morale, and support Schindler’s cultural values.
  • Coordinate labor relations and ensure safety and technical training for the team.
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability, including site visits and project reviews.
  • Interface with product and quality teams to resolve operational challenges and ensure safety compliance.

Salary Range: $139,500 - $174,400 depending on experience

Location: Candidates from Los Angeles and Orange County; role based in Los Angeles or Irvine offices.

What you bring
  • BA/BS in Business, Management, or Engineering.
  • 5-7 years of experience in the elevator industry or a service-oriented business, with P&L management experience.
  • Up to 50% travel within the territory.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills, proficiency in MS Office.
