Job summary

Prescott's, Inc. is seeking a Territory Service and Sales Manager to support healthcare facilities across Oklahoma and Arkansas. This hybrid role combines technical service with strategic account growth, focusing on repairs, equipment sales, refurbishment, and long-term service contracts.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in biomedical/engineering fields, with sales training provided. Base salary plus unlimited commissions offer multiple earning opportunities in a field-based

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
1–2 years of mechanical/technical experience preferred.
Willingness to travel 60–80% within assigned territory.
Proven ability in consultative sales and customer service.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM usage.

Responsibilities

Inspect and assess medical equipment to identify service needs and diagnose issues.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and safety inspections on surgical microscopes and related equipment.
Grow services by expanding contracts, generating leads, and converting prospects into clients.
Build relationships with surgeons, physicians and hospital admins through trusted service.
Educate healthcare professionals on Prescott's repair, refurbishment, and maintenance services.
