Job summary

Acosta Group in SAUGUS, MA is seeking a Dedicated Market Specialist. In this part-time role, you’ll connect merchandisers to our culture and provide resources to achieve client objectives in retail stores. You’ll execute merchandising activities in your area to ensure excellence for Premium clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising preferred.
• Ability to train and lead field teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execution of key merchandising objectives for Accelerate360 through superior in-store merchandising, training, and providing feedback to merchandisers in your assigned market.
• Own a territory of key retailers, maintaining merchandising standards, and maximizing product availability and sell-through.
• Provide project leadership and merchandising coverage across retail stores to ensure we get the job done for the clients.
• Partner directly with store management and associates to ensure they understand and are aware of the activities merchandisers are performing in their location.
• Lead by example when reporting work to demonstrate success and provide visibility of our effects to the Premium clients.
