Eminence Home Care is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to grow our referral network across Monmouth and Ocean counties. You will identify new referral sources, deepen partnerships, and plan visits with measurable goals.

You will travel regionally, build trust with multiple contacts, and report weekly results to the Senior Director of Growth & Strategy. The role emphasizes in-field relationship building, strategic planning, and timely follow-up to convert referrals into starts of care, with

Qualifications

• Experience in business development or sales with a track record of meeting measurable goals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, able to plan your own week and manage multiple accounts at once.
• Comfortable with field-based work and travel throughout the territory, including Monmouth and Ocean counties.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Identify and pursue new referral sources, including hospitals, nursing facilities, assisted living, physicians, case managers, social workers, and community organizations.
• Build and grow relationships by meeting multiple contacts at each account and maintaining regular contact.
• Plan strategically with a weekly plan and a clear reason for every visit; target 3–4 appointments daily.
• Follow up with purpose, coordinating with intake on authorizations and start dates to convert referrals to starts of care.
• Track, measure, and report activity, results, challenges, and next steps in the CRM.
