Eminence Home Care is seeking a results-driven Marketing Coordinator to expand our referral network across Monmouth and Ocean counties in New Jersey. You will identify and pursue new referral sources, deepen relationships with hospitals, rehab facilities, physician practices, and community organizations, and plan effective in-field visits.

Qualifications

• Business development, sales, or account management experience with track record of meeting measurable goals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build trust quickly.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, able to plan your own week and manage multiple accounts at once.
• Comfortable with field-based work and travel throughout the territory, including Monmouth and Ocean.

Responsibilities

• Drive New Business: Identify and pursue new referral sources, including hospitals, skilled nursing and rehab facilities, assisted living communities, physician practices, case managers, social workers, and community organizations.
• Build and Grow Relationships: Maintain regular contact with existing referral partners and deepen relationships with multiple contacts at each account.
• Plan Strategically: Build a weekly plan before the week starts and allocate time for visits and follow-ups.
• Follow Up with Purpose: End each visit with a reason to follow up and coordinate with intake on authorizations and start dates.
• Track, Measure, and Report: Log all interactions, analyze trends, and provide weekly activity and results updates.
