You will prospect in neighborhoods independently and drive results. Whether you’ve worked for the Military, Solar, Retail Services, Fast Food, or are just looking for a change of pace, we encourage you to apply!Most marketers earn $60,000 - $110,000 annually through a combination of a $20 base pay and performance-based bonuses.

• Speak directly with homeowners about our products and services.
• Represent the company professionally while engaging with homeowners and community members in assigned territories.
• Deliver a positive customer experience through respectful communication and effective issue resolution.
• Partner with leadership to execute territory marketing plans and maintain regular communication on business priorities.
• Meet or exceed standards by following methodology without compromise.
• Canvass and manage your assigned territory independently.
• Conduct daily canvassing activities within assigned territories, averaging a minimum of six hours in the field.
• Participate in monthly team canvassing efforts and ongoing collaboration with fellow marketers.
• Responsible for all transportation to and from assigned territory (mileage reimbursement available).
• Abide by all parking and moving regulations.
• Apply for, maintain, and carry all permits when required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of canvassing or direct selling experience.
• Positive, professional attitude with the ability to build relationships and represent the brand professionally.
