Tuscarora Wayne Insurance Company is seeking a Territory Manager to cover Western Pennsylvania from the State College area westward. The ideal candidate will reside within the territory to support strong customer relationships and efficient coverage. Salary is $77,000–$111,000 annually.

The position may be filled at entry or skilled level, commensurate with experience. Travel 60–70% of the work week with some overnight stays.

We are seeking a Territory Manager to join our team!

Territory: Western Pennsylvania, extending from the State College area westward to the western Pennsylvania border. The ideal candidate will reside within the assigned territory to support strong customer relationships and efficient territory coverage.

Salary range (annual): $77,000 - $111,000

This position may be filled at either an entry or skilled level, commensurate with experience.

What You’ll Do

• Agency management of assigned territory (recruiting, training, and supervising agents or sales representatives) including agency relationship and portfolio management and collaboration with the commercial, personal, and renewal underwriters.
• Develop, manage, and execute the territory marketing plan.
• Travel to assigned agents and/or as needed.
• Business planning and budgeting.
• Meeting growth, profit, new business and loss objectives.
• Line underwriting - Knowledge of commercial, personal and agricultural underwriting guides is necessary to provide technical support, assuring that Company policies and standards are being adhered to.
• Meeting producer and policyholder service standards.

What We Are Looking For

• College degree or comparable work experience.
• 3+ years of P&C sales experience preferred.
• Must be able to travel 60%-70% of the work week, with some overnight stays possible.
• Commercial lines underwriting experience, a plus
• Proficient interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
