Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking an Outreach professional based in Lubbock, TX, to develop GTM strategies and manage relationships with referral sources. The role involves leading meetings with patients, parents, and providers 4–5 days a week to uncover needs and reduce barriers to treatment.

You will collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams to drive go‑to‑market goals and improve community access to mental health services.

About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration
  • Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
  • Go in the field 4–5 days per week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs, address barriers to treatment, and cement community partnerships
  • Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across different channels
  • Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships
  • Attend and lead various educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events both in person and via conference call
  • Synthesize and share market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform go‑forward marketing and product strategies
  • Work closely with internal partners including marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals
Requirements
  • Must be based in Lubbock, TX
  • Must be fluent in English
  • One to four years proven sales experience—owning and overachieving KPIs is a plus
  • Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations is a plus
  • Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (within ~1 hour driving distance) 4–5 days per week for meetings with potential referral partners
  • Ability to energize, advise, and persuade senior corporate personnel
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship‑building, and listening skills, with a natural consultative style
  • Strong project‑management skills with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast‑paced, fluid environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom is a plus

Compensation

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $65,000 and $80,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance‑based bonus. Pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
