The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Territory Manager to join the Singlewire team. You will be responsible for selling our software solutions in a specific territory, located in the Southeast region.

If you're skilled at understanding customer requirements, probing and leveraging them, and selling software solutions, you'll find this role challenging and rewarding. You should be adaptable and thrive in our fast-paced environment. We seek a motivated individual who enjoys meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals. Your job responsibilities will include:

  1. Sell Singlewire products and services to new clients
  2. Develop relationships with key resellers in the region
  3. Support and drive all direct and indirect business opportunities for Singlewire products
  4. Utilize knowledge of unified communications and visitor management solutions to persuade partners and end users to include Singlewire in their ecosystem
  5. Engage with partner sales teams on client opportunities
  6. Provide demonstrations of our solutions, both in person and remotely, to assist sales partners in closing deals
  7. Pursue direct sales opportunities and perform necessary steps to close sales
  8. Attend and staff various local and national demand generation events throughout the year
  9. Adhere to Singlewire standards and procedures, including pricing approvals, pipeline reviews, forecasts, and CRM management
You May Be Right for Us If You Have:
  • A Bachelor's Degree and over 4 years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment
  • Familiarity with a fast-paced marketplace and a proven ability to sell solutions successfully
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Strong verbal communication and business acumen
  • Interpersonal skills for working effectively with customers, partners, and team members
  • Attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs
  • A proven ability to establish and maintain trust with partners and customers
  • Capability to sell directly and through channel partners
  • Willingness and ability to travel across the multi-state region and to events as needed
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Reliable home office setup if working remotely
