Job summary

BD in Louisiana seeks a field-based professional to promote peripheral vascular and PV/PVI products across Louisiana and Gulf Shores region. You will build relationships with healthcare professionals, deliver clinical presentations, train staff, and support regional advisory boards, with extensive travel required.

This role focuses on advancing patient outcomes, educating customers at meetings, and collaborating with sales to grow BD's presence in interventional oncology and urology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required
• Master's degree preferred
• Three years of experience in peripheral intervention procedures or the medical device industry is highly desirable
• Experience in Interventional Radiology/Oncology procedures is a significant advantage
• Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in interventional oncology and urology
• Provide clinical presentations at conferences and symposia
• Assist in planning and executing regional advisory boards
• Train new staff and reinforce existing knowledge among current team members
• Collaborate with sales representatives to identify new business opportunities and establish BD as a leader in the peripheral vascular marketplace
• Attend local, state, and national meetings to educate customers about our product lines
• Perform competitive analysis within your territory and provide feedback to management
• Develop educational programs and strategies designed to improve patient outcomes and increase procedural efficiency
• Maintain detailed records and reports of activities, including expenses

• Covering Louisiana and Gulf Shores, MS
• Responsible for promoting peripheral vascular and peripheral vascular intervention (PV/PVI) products within assigned territory
• Engage with healthcare professionals involved in cancer treatment, including physicians, nurses, and other key stakeholders
• Extensive travel will be required
