Job summary

Sunrise Group is hiring a Territory Manager for our Dreem Health division in the Long Beach area. You will build trusted relationships with physicians and clinics to drive referrals to our digital sleep clinic, focusing on patients with sleep apnea.

You will educate providers, organize outreach events, and monitor referral activity to inform team strategy. We value a self-starter who thrives in field roles, has 2+ years in healthcare partnerships or sales, and brings CRM experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare partnerships, provider relations, or sales.
• Experience with CRM systems and data reporting.
• Strong communication and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with physicians, specialists and clinics to drive referrals.

Note: Must live in the Long Beach, Gateway, South Bay, Beach Cities

What You Bring

• 2+ years in healthcare, either in partnerships, provider relations, or sales
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Strong understanding of healthcare referral processes
• Experience with CRM systems (we use Hubspot) and data reporting tools
• A genuine passion for improving healthcare access and patient outcomes

$80,000 - $120,000 OTE
