As a Territory Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our expansion efforts, traveling within your assigned territory to build strong relationships with independent agencies. Your mission will be to drive sales growth, increase market share, and leave a lasting impact on the insurance landscape. The base compensation range for this role is $55,900-$89,400, with additional earning opportunities through the Company's incentive programs. In addition to the base salary, the role includes:

  • Quarterly performance incentives based on individual results within the assigned territory.
  • Company Associate Bonus Plan Eligibility, providing an opportunity to earn up to $1,000 per quarter based on overall Company performance.

Together, these programs provide the opportunity for additional compensation based on both individual and Company performance.

About YOU
  • Desires to be in tactical, B2B, in-person sales role.
  • Willing to put in the time and effort to be successful.
  • Possesses professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, a high EQ, and the ability to make autonomous decisions.
  • Can gather and analyze data skillfully to interact with accounts and associates of all levels of the organization.
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and exceed goals.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within your assigned territory.
Preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Previous sales or customer service experience.
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to travel.
