Job summary

Digital Control Inc. is seeking a highly skilled HDD specialist to join our team in Poland, with travel across Eastern Europe. The role requires strong Polish and English language skills, a background in sales/support, and deep knowledge of trenchless technology.

You will train dealers, conduct presentations, and help grow the regional customer base. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 2+ years in customer service or field sales and at least 5 years in the trenchless

Qualifications

  • Polish and English language proficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years in Customer Service or outside/field sales.
  • Minimum 5 years of trenchless technology knowledge required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with dealers and customers, providing training, technical support, and outstanding customer service.
  • Propose and execute effective marketing strategies that grow sales in the territory.
  • Provide feedback to the product team on field issues and customer requirements.
  • Give professional presentations, demos, trainings, classes, and tradeshow talks.
  • Perform field testing and troubleshooting on new/enhanced products and provide direct feedback.
  • Work with dealers to develop the territory customer base and ensure staff can support/sell products.
  • Handle customer service calls, questions, and general troubleshooting issues.
  • Coordinate equipment repair and loaner equipment.

Our team isexpanding inthePolandRegion.We are looking for agreat HDD specialist who wantsto work for the HDD industry leader inlocatingtechnologies.Thisrole willbelocatedinPolandwithtravel to assignedEastern Europeanregions.

  • Language skills:Polish and English required,additionallanguages are a plus.

  • Willoperatea company vehicle, must havea cleardriving record.

  • Must be able to sell value, negotiate, and analyze customer needs.

  • Effective at juggling multiple tasks and prioritizing work to meet the needs of all resellers, contractors/drillersand other customers in the territory.

  • Demonstrates great working knowledge of technical equipment operations, and aptitude tobecomean expert in advanced HDD locating techniques,theoryand application.

  • Excellent presentation skills to train audiences ofvarious sizes. Demonstrates an engaging style to help others learn.

  • Demonstrates great communications skills to effectively communicate technical and market information to various audiences including drillers, seniorleadersand everyone in between.

  • Possess strong critical thinking skills including troubleshooting, problemanalysisand good judgment/decision making.

  • Inquisitive about troubleshooting DCI equipment and usage todetermineroot causes and effective solutions.

  • Demonstrates effective collaboration and innovation with the field team and across all other functions within the company.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of work experience and education.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service or outside/field sales.

  • Minimum of 5years of experienceand knowledge of the trenchless technology industryrequired.

  • Demonstrates unwavering business ethics and ability to effectively manage proprietary product information.

  • Be able to travel within the territory up to50-60%.

  • Able to navigate physical requirements of workinginconstruction sites.

  • Ability to use a customer database or ERP system.

    Compensation

  • DCI is proud to offer comprehensive compensation packages including competitive base pay and discretionary quarterly profit sharing bonuses to all part-time and full-time team members. Base pay is reviewed at a minimum on an annual basis.

  • Profit sharing bonus: Over the last 3 years, quarterly bonuses ranged between 10% and 18%. Future bonuses could be higher or lower depending on company profits.
