Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service or outside/field sales.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience and knowledge of the trenchless technology industry required.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with dealers and provide training and customer service.
• Propose and execute marketing strategies that grow sales.
• Provide feedback to the product team on field issues.
• Give professional presentations, demos, and trainings.
