At STERIS, we help our Customers create a healthier and safer world by providing innovative healthcare and life science products and services globally.

As a Procedural GI Territory Manager, you will drive sales of Procedural GI products in a specific geographic territory through consultative selling and contract management. You will provide ongoing educational support to Customers on product use and understanding, and serve as the primary contact for resolving transactional issues.

This is a remote, customer-facing position. Candidates must be based in Charleston, SC, Columbia, SC, or Greenville, SC.

What will you do as a Territory Manager:
  1. Identify revenue growth opportunities while maintaining account retention.
  2. Sell all products in the Procedural GI portfolio.
  3. Develop and maintain consultative relationships with key influencers.
  4. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of account histories and purchase plans.
  5. Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and in-service training as needed.
  6. Develop and execute sales strategies and business plans.
  7. Negotiate contracts leveraging the full product/service offering.
  8. Understand GPO contracts and their application to accounts.
  9. Forecast sales and develop annual business plans.
  10. Participate in professional organization meetings as an educator or exhibitor.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in medical devices or B2B sales
  • Ability to travel overnight up to 30%
  • Ability to meet hospital/customer credentialing requirements
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of Endoscopy equipment
  • Experience performing in-services
  • Experience creating sales plans
What STERIS Offers:

We offer a comprehensive benefits package including salary, incentive, vehicle reimbursement, healthcare, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and more.

Pay range: $70,000 - $70,000 with OTE of $170,000. Compensation depends on experience and other factors.
