Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the Arlington, VA territory including surrounding areas such as Charlottesville, Leesburg, Fredericksburg, and parts of Maryland and West Virginia.
2. Meet and exceed sales objectives at the territory level.
3. Develop strong relationships with Eye Care professionals and represent Viatris' vision and culture.
4. Leverage disease state knowledge, industry trends, and marketplace insights to manage and grow business opportunities.
5. Deliver compliant, education-focused, and patient-centric messages to targeted accounts.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with at least 2 years of pharmaceutical or medical sales experience.
2. Residency within the territory or reasonable driving distance.
3. Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
4. Ability to travel, including overnight stays as required.
5. Preferred: Eye care experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and strong English language skills.

Compensation

The salary range is $98,000 to $147,941, with exact compensation based on skills, experience, and location.
