Job Summary

Responsible for achieving the Territory Sales Quota, developing the customer base, controlling expenses, and contributing to ZOLL's profitability. Cover the assigned territory promoting products to the pre-hospital (EMS) market, including fire departments, ambulance services, and municipal agencies. This position will cover the Cleveland, Akron, Canton, Ohio territory and surrounding areas. You must live in this territory to be eligible for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve hardware and disposable sales quotas as assigned.
  • Develop short- and long-term plans for sales within the territory, including an annual business plan.
  • Uncover new business opportunities and maintain an adequate pipeline to meet territory sales expectations.
  • Grow business by increasing market share in the assigned territory.
  • Provide required in-service education to customers.
  • Ensure proper technical scope review has been conducted prior to sale.
  • Maintain organized account records, including account profiles, in the company CRM (Salesforce).
  • Provide various management reports (e.g., weekly expense reports, monthly and quarterly forecasts, activity reporting).
  • Maintain and track demo and evaluation inventory and document usage in Salesforce; keep equipment in good working order.
  • Spend a minimum of 3 days per week in the field.
  • Perform other projects as assigned.
Required/Preferred Education and Experience
  • College degree preferred
  • Equivalent work experience will be considered
  • 3+ years of related sales experience required
  • ZOLL experience preferred

Salary for this position is $60,000 ($175,000 OTE) annually. This position is eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the company’s bonus plans.
