Responsibilities include:

  • Contact new and existing dentists to discuss their needs and explain how our products and services can meet those needs.
  • Answer customer inquiries about products, prices, availability, and offers.
  • Report Hit Rate Coverage as per team targets.
  • Ensure adequate customer conversion and customer engagement (CE).
  • Maintain regional performance aligned with individual and team targets.
  • Highlight product features based on customer needs and technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
  • Organize product demonstrations, hands-on sessions, and coordinate Continuing Dental Education (CDE) programs in the area.
  • Identify prospective customers through business directories, leads from existing clients, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Maintain sales data including POB and other relevant metrics.
  • Manage product-related complaints and ensure smooth operation between labs, partners, and clients.
  • Maintain customer records and monitor trends.
  • Coordinate and document CDE programs within the territory.
  • Ensure timely collection of receivables and manage instrument collection and bad debts.
