We are seeking an intellectually curious, clinically credible commercial professional who can combine strong oncology account access with the ability to understand and communicate complex clinical information. The strongest candidates will have established relationships or demonstrated access within cancer centers, oncology practices, and health systems in New Hampshire and Maine.

Experience in oncology, medical device, or specialty biopharmaceutical sales is strongly preferred. Candidates from pharmaceutical sales may also be considered when they bring meaningful oncology access, strong clinical acumen, and a proven ability to develop and manage a geographically dispersed territory.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Develop trusted relationships with oncologists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams involved in the treatment of thoracic and gastrointestinal cancers.
  • Educate healthcare professionals on Novocure's technology, supporting clinical evidence, and appropriate patient identification.
  • Use your knowledge of the Northern New England healthcare landscape to establish account access, identify key decision-makers, and expand appropriate patient access to Novocure's therapy.
  • Translate complex clinical and scientific information into clear, credible, and relevant customer discussions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while supporting and expanding established accounts.
  • Create and execute territory plans that support customer engagement, account development, and sustainable growth.
  • Travel regularly throughout New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont, including overnight travel when required.
ABOUT YOU
  • Relevant experience in medical device, biopharmaceutical, healthcare sales, clinical education, direct patient care, nursing, clinical data abstraction, or a related healthcare setting.
  • Three or more years of successful experience in oncology, medical device, biopharmaceutical, specialty healthcare sales, or a related clinical-commercial position.
  • Established relationships or demonstrated access within oncology practices, cancer centers, or health systems in New Hampshire and Maine is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with healthcare professionals treating thoracic or gastrointestinal cancers is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to educate, influence, and build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and other clinical stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand, retain, and confidently communicate complex clinical and scientific information.
  • Proven success developing new accounts and growing a geographically dispersed territory.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and the motivation to become a credible clinical resource for customers.
  • Resourceful, resilient, and comfortable working independently in a field-based environment.
  • Ability to balance Novocure's patient-focused mission with accountability for commercial objectives.
  • Consistent record of performance, professional stability, sound judgment, and personal accountability.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required; clinical or advanced degree preferred.
