Qualifications

Job Summary

The Territory Manager's main responsibility is to increase assortment, develop, and close new qualified customers primarily in the Los Angeles - Central Valley region. The ideal candidate must be highly knowledgeable about Kiva's sales and service product lines, uphold honesty, integrity, and professionalism, and provide exceptional customer service. This is a fast-paced, high-energy outside sales role suited for those experienced in the CPG distribution industry.

  • Assess customer needs, answer questions, and facilitate the ordering process.
  • Develop and follow up on sales pipeline.
  • Establish new accounts through paperwork processing.
  • Provide sales reports to management.
  • Meet individual sales goals and collaborate with team members to achieve overall targets.
  • Manage revenue, distribution targets, and identify growth opportunities within your portfolio.
What we're looking for...
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related experience.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in CPG, spirits/wine/beer, or cannabis preferred.
  • Strong commitment to excellence and a competitive drive.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with distribution ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls, emails, and texts.
  • Experience managing a sales territory of 50-200 accounts is preferred.
  • Must pass Motor Vehicle Report requirements.
  • Extensive travel and driving are essential duties.

Salary ranges from $72,800 to $85,000 annually, plus quarterly bonuses, based on experience, location, and other factors.
