Job summary

Charlie Health in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Field Sales/Outreach role to build relationships with clinical partners in your local community and connect thousands of people to mental health treatment. You’ll travel locally 4–5 days a week, meet with patients, parents, and providers, and champion our programs while advancing GTM initiatives.

This role requires 1–4 years of sales experience, fluency in English, and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration.
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets.
• Go in the field 4–5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs, address barriers to treatment, and cement community partnerships.
• Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across different channels.
• Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships.
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events both in person and via conference call.
• Synthesize and share market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform go‑forward marketing and product strategies.
• Work closely with internal partners including marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals.

Requirements

• Must be based in White Mountains, AZ
• Must be fluent in English
• You have 1‑4 years proven sales experience – owning & overachieving KPIs is a plus
• Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations is a plus
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation & valid driver’s license within ~1 hour driving distance 4‑5 days/week for meetings with potential referral partners
• Ability to energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel
• Strong interpersonal, relationship‑building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style
• Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast‑paced, fluid environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus

Additional Information

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $65,000 and $80,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance‑based bonus. Pay will be determined on an individualized basis and impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
