Charlie Health in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Field Sales/Outreach role to build relationships with clinical partners in your local community and connect thousands of people to mental health treatment. You’ll travel locally 4–5 days a week, meet with patients, parents, and providers, and champion our programs while advancing GTM initiatives.
This role requires 1–4 years of sales experience, fluency in English, and strong interpersonal skills.

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $65,000 and $80,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance‑based bonus. Pay will be determined on an individualized basis and impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
