Job summary

Bioventus is seeking a Territory Manager II for Restorative Therapies in Eugene, OR to drive territory sales and educate healthcare professionals on product use. You will develop business plans, navigate large IDN opportunities, and deliver clinical trainings within compliance guidelines.

The role requires a 4-year degree and 3–5 years of medical device sales experience, plus strong communication and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree; 3-5 years of proven sales experience (quota attainment) in biotech/life sciences/pharma/medical device or related industry.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills (CRM system, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plan to achieve assigned sales quota for products.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge and proven sales processes for assigned products.
• Identify opportunities within IDNs and large physician networks.
• Conduct clinical in-service trainings with appropriate customers.
• Educate healthcare providers on proper use of the prescribed product.
• Maintain inventory and sample control processes in compliance with regulations.

Territory Managers will operate within company policies and procedures and demonstrate a high degree of compliant and ethical behaviors.What you'll be doingDevelop and execute territory business plan that results in achievement of assigned sales quota for assigned products.Develop and maintain product knowledge, business acumen, and proven sales processes for assigned products.Identify and navigate large business opportunities within integrated delivery network systems/network of large physician practices.Conduct clinical in-service training programs with appropriate customers adherent to compliance protocols.Educate healthcare providers and staffs in clinic setting on the proper use of the prescribed product.Assist organization with projects to include but not limited to: test markets, market surveys, product idea evaluations, and competitive research.Adhere to inventory and sample control processes which include but are not limited to compliance regulations, cost control measures, and field/sample inventory managementStay current with company communications with technology, which includes but is not limited to email, voice mail, conference calls, and meetings.Embrace corporate values with regards to process and administrative responsibilities which includes, but is not limited to: (a) Complete and accurate daily office visit entry through CRM, (b) timely submission & management of expenses, (c) Completion of all required training assignments on or before the defined deadlines.Holds oneself and others accountable to conduct business in a manner compliant with Bioventus’ Code of Compliance and Ethics, policies and procedures and internal controls applicable to their role.Other duties as assignedWhat you'll bring to the table4 year college degree;3-5 years of proven sales experience (delivering against a quota) preferably in the biotech, life science, pharmaceutical, medical device or related industry – strong business-to-business selling experience.
