Job summary

Polycor is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to grow sales across New England, New York, and New Jersey. The role focuses on granite, marble, limestone, and Vetrazzo slab business, working with distributors, fabricators, and kitchen & bath professionals to expand market share.

You will travel about 60% of the time, build relationships with architects and designers, manage a robust pipeline, and collaborate with the Sales Director.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least five years of successful B2B sales experience.
  • Experience developing new business and growing sales within an assigned territory.
  • Experience selling through dealer or distribution networks.
  • Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using CRM software; Salesforce experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Power BI experience is an asset.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 60% throughout the territory.
  • Industry experience in natural stone, countertops, architectural products, or related fields is strongly preferred.

  • Provide customers with product knowledge, samples, pricing, and project support.
  • Maintain an active pipeline and manage opportunities from prospecting to close.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, pricing, and competitive activity.
  • Partner with Sales Director and internal teams to establish territory priorities.
  • Maintain accurate customer, project, and opportunity information in the CRM.

Position Description

Polycor is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Territory Manager to grow sales across New England, New York, and New Jersey.

This position will focus on developing Polycor’s granite, marble, limestone, and Vetrazzo slab business throughout the territory, with an emphasis on distributors, fabricators, and the kitchen and bath market. The Territory Manager will also lead the growth of Indiana Limestone sales throughout New England across the hardscape, masonry, architectural, dealer, contractor, and fabrication channels.

We are looking for a true territory builder—someone who enjoys developing relationships, pursuing new opportunities, and creating demand. This is a field-focused position requiring approximately 60% travel throughout the assigned territory.

What You’ll Do
  • Grow sales of Polycor granite, marble, limestone, and Vetrazzo slabs throughout New England, New York, and New Jersey.
  • Develop Indiana Limestone sales and market presence throughout New England.
  • Identify and pursue new business with distributors, fabricators, dealers, contractors, masons, builders, and kitchen and bath professionals.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least five years of successful B2B sales experience.
  • Experience developing new business and growing sales within an assigned territory.
  • Experience selling through dealer or distribution networks.
  • Natural stone, countertops, kitchen and bath, architectural products, masonry, hardscape, building materials, or related industry experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with stone fabricators or kitchen and bath professionals is an asset.
  • Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • The confidence and initiative to enter new markets, open doors, and turn opportunities into long-term business.
  • Ability to independently organize and manage a large geographic territory.
  • Experience using CRM software; Salesforce experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Power BI experience is an asset.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 60% throughout the territory.
Compensation and Benefits

Total compensation range: $80,000–$140,000, with additional earning potential for performance above budget.
