Nabi Health is seeking a Territory Manager to expand our provider network across the Birmingham–Huntsville region. This field-based role combines in-person practice visits with a home base, focused on educating providers about Nabi's weight-inclusive nutrition care and streamlining referrals.

You will prospect new providers, conduct lunch-and-learns, nurture existing partnerships, and work closely with clinical and operations teams to ensure a smooth patient referral experience.

As a Territory Manager at Nabi, you'll be responsible for expanding access to care by growing our referral network. This is a provider-facing, field-based role where your primary goal is to generate patient referrals by building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers. You'll be out in your territory meeting practices in person—educating them about Nabi's services and supporting them through the referral process.
