Overview

Join a rapidly growing and dynamic aesthetics lasers company that is revolutionizing the industry with cutting-edge technology. We are seeking a driven and ambitious Territory Manager to join our team. This role offers a fast track to promotion and the potential to earn a mid-six-figure income within a few years.

Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory. Conduct cold calls, set up meetings, and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed targeted sales goals and objectives. Present and demonstrate the benefits of our aesthetic laser products to potential clients, including dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and other aesthetic physicians.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Provide consultative sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market Strategy: Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the territory. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest advancements in aesthetic laser technology and effectively communicate product benefits to clients.
  • Event Participation: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and network with potential clients.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status. Prepare regular reports for the Area Sales Manager.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in medical or capital equipment sales. Experience in the aesthetics industry is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of motivation and a hunter mentality.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and explain complex technical products. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight and weekend travel.
