Emerson’s Professional Tools division in Denver, CO is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across RIDGID and Greenlee tools. You will partner with distributors and end-users, develop territory plans, conduct product demonstrations, and support strategic product introductions to expand market share.

With a track record in B2B sales and distribution channels, you will forecast sales, maintain relationships, and collaborate across teams to deliver value for customers and Emerson.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with distribution channels, ideally within electrical, industrial, or plumbing markets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, industrial distribution, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing territory business plans that drive incremental growth.
  • Experience conducting field product demonstrations, training, and technical problem solving with end users and distributors.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to introduce new products and solutions to expand market share.
  • Experience developing and managing monthly and annual sales forecasts.
  • A consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory business plans in partnership with internal stakeholders and distributors to expand market share, achieve sales targets, and support long-term customer success.
  • Conduct field product demonstrations, training, and technical support with end users and distribution partners.
  • Lead the introduction and adoption of strategic new products and solutions to expand market presence and share Develop, present, and execute annual territory business plans to deliver sustainable sales growth.
  • Build, manage, and maintain accurate monthly and annual sales forecasts.
  • Establish and grow trusted relationships with key distributor partners and end users.
  • Serve as a subject matter resource for products, applications, and pricing programs within the assigned territory.
  • Support regional and national initiatives through training and special project execution.
  • Build and maintain effective merchandising displays at key distributor locations.

If you are a Territory Sales Manager professional looking for an opportunity to grow your career, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by driving growth across the RIDGID and Greenlee professional tools portfolio. As part of Emerson’s North America sales team, you will partner closely with customers and distributors in the utility market, providing insights that help them advance their business while showcasing Emerson Professional Tools’ differentiated solutions. This role is based in or near Denver, CO and reports to the Regional Sales Manager, Mountain Region.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Drive sales growth within the assigned territory by managing key accounts, building relationships with distributors and end-users, and promoting the value of Professional Tools solutions.

For This Role, You Will Need:
