Overview

OTE: On Target Earnings include all cash components: car allowance, year-end bonus, commission, and base salary.

Richard Wolf Medical Instruments Corporation is currently seeking a Territory Manager in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX. A Working Manager responsible for the sales activities within the designated territory through direct sales efforts as well as planning and supervising the weekly activity of a direct sales staff. Responsible for the development, market penetration and sales execution strategies to consistently attain and exceed goals.

REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Maintain a high energy/high caliber direct staff who will achieve reasonable but aggressive sales results.
  2. Responsible for providing key customer support as the local, corporate Territory Manager.
  3. Responsible for providing strategic input into product pricing and promotions and assisting with the creation and implementation of strategic sales measures.
  4. Responsible for territory and account sales/competitive analysis and submission of monthly reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
  5. Working with Product Management to identify, cultivate and maintain relationships with key physicians (KOLs).
  6. Coordinating and implementing corporate attendance at local conventions and workshops. Attendance at Regional and National conventions/meetings as required.
  7. Responsible for collaborating with the National Accounts Manager as needed for sales related activities, and achievement of specific goals with regard to national group purchasing organizations (G.P.O.) as related to the assigned territory.
  8. Responsible for targeting and converting desirable integrated health networks (I.H.N.) within the territory, with the goal of increasing market share. The Territory Manager will coordinate contract negotiations and processing with the assistance of the National Accounts Manager. Standard discounting authority and protocol will be adhered to in the contract process.
  9. Accomplishes sales territory representation objectives by identifying, recommending, and training Direct Sales Representatives. Communicates territory sales/quota expectations. Reviews territory performance and ensures contract compliance.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Provide liaison between corporate office and the field.
  2. Participate in development of annual sales and marketing strategic planning as requested.
  3. Assist the Regional Manager with sales utilization and territory potential analysis.
  4. Aware of and comply with the RWMIC Quality Manual and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.
  5. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
  6. Other duties as assigned by the Regional Manager and/or Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing.
QUALIFICATIONS
  1. B.S. or B.A. in related field required.
  2. Experience with endoscopic surgery products preferred.
  3. Minimum of 5 years experience in medical sales.
  4. Experience with and understanding of cross-cultural differences and the ability to work within this environment is crucial for successful employment.
  5. The following physical demands are required:
