Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for sales? We’re seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Nationwide. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in supporting our external and virtual wholesalers by scheduling appointments, maintaining relationships, and ensuring they stay informed about product updates and rate changes. The hired associate must reside within 35 miles of the following location(s): Arizona - Scottsdale, 18700 North Hayden Road Work schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote. This role does not qualify for employer-sponsored work authorization. Nationwide does not participate in the Stem OPT Extension program.

As a Territory Management Representative, you will perform a variety of outbound sales activities to build, grow and retain strategic relationships with financial professionals and administrators. Working with multiple wholesalers across the country, you will support the business unit sales goals by prospecting and scheduling appointments for your wholesalers to meet with financial professionals within their territories. Additionally, you will support promoting webinar events, making follow‑up calls and providing financial professionals with product information and sales materials.
Reports to Manager and does not typically have direct or indirect reports.
Staffing exceptions to the above must be approved by the hiring manager’s leader and HR Business Partner.

Nationwide pays on a geographic‑specific salary structure and placement within the actual starting salary range for this position will be determined by a number of factors including the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; and other conditions of employment. If a Sales job, Sales Incentives, based on performance goals are possible in addition to this range.
Please be aware that the salary ranges listed below reflect full‑time compensation. Actual compensation may be prorated based on the number of hours worked relative to a full‑time schedule.
The national salary range for Rep, Territory Management : $46,345.00-$75,500.00
The expected starting salary range for Rep, Territory Management : $46,345.00 - $60,800.00
