Job summary

Executive Financial Partners LLC is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to own a local territory by building relationships with business owners and individuals, delivering tailored supplemental health insurance solutions. You’ll receive comprehensive training, ongoing support, and the freedom to manage your own book of business.

As a 1099 independent contractor, you’ll operate on a commission-based pay model with uncapped earnings, optional weekly draws, and performance-based promotions.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain (study materials and state fees provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional experience in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to understand needs and present tailored supplemental insurance solutions.
• Conduct consultations with employees to ensure coverage options are understood.
• Deliver group presentations to communicate value and impact of products.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through service and policy reviews.
• Manage and grow your own book of business as a trusted advisor.
• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads, manage clients, and grow network.
