You will conduct consultations, deliver engaging presentations, and grow a personal client network while helping clients strengthen their benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional experience in sales or leadership
• Active Health & Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain (training provided)
• Pre-employment background check required

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to understand needs and present tailored supplemental insurance solutions
• Conduct one-on-one consultations with employees to explain coverage options
• Deliver engaging group presentations highlighting product value and impact
• Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and follow-up
• Manage and grow your own book of business as a trusted advisor in your territory
• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads, manage clients, and grow your network
