IVX Health is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand provider partnerships and grow referral volume in Southern California. This in-person role covers a defined territory and requires a proactive, relationship-driven approach to improving patient access.

You will manage provider relationships, coordinate with operations to streamline referrals, and collaborate with marketing to raise awareness. Some travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in healthcare sales and provider relations.
• Ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
• Knowledge of referral processes and payer requirements.
• Proven ability to grow accounts.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage a defined territory with referral growth.
• Develop provider relationships across specialties.
• Execute a territory plan including outreach and account management.
• Coordinate referrals and patient onboarding with IVX teams.
• Represent IVX Health at networking events and industry meetings.
• Track activity and share insights with leadership.
