Job description

Territory Implementation Consultant - NYC/NJ

Salary: Base salary of $70k-$120k, plus bonuses/commission ($15k-$25k Year 1, $35k-$50k Year 2)

Job Summary: The Territory Implementation Consultant will maintain relationships and provide on-site and remote customer service to the company’s clients. They oversee client onboarding, manage the implementation of products and services, and provide ongoing training and support throughout the client relationship lifecycle. The role is autonomous and requires approximately 80% in-state travel.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee all aspects of client onboarding processes.
  2. Provide ongoing training to dealership personnel beyond initial program installation.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues both on-site and remotely.
  4. Utilize CRM and Business Intelligence tools for data analysis and process automation.
  5. Build trust and develop strong relationships with clients.
  6. Deliver on client satisfaction goals and performance targets.

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

  1. Excellent time-management skills in an autonomous work environment.
  2. Dynamic social and communication skills.
  3. Proven track record in SaaS/software account management.
  4. Ability to conduct remote training using web conferencing tools.
  5. Familiarity with collaborative platforms (Microsoft Teams, Slack, SharePoint).
  6. Highly organized, self-motivated, and a team player.

Preferred Experience:

  1. DMV or automotive industry background.
  2. Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
